This film was created in hopes of inspiring young women in the world of tech, and especially those in underrepresented groups, to apply to non-traditional roles in all areas of technology at Peloton. By celebrating the women in tech who currently work on team Peloton, we hoped to diversify our team further and encourage others to overcome gender norms and apply.
