Test Class
Test Class
What is Test Class? A booking reservation system that allows anyone the opportunity to try out any one of our hardware products in person for themselves at no cost. Ultimately, a hands-on acquisition tool.
By visiting a Peloton showroom, you’re able to get a personalized demo of Peloton products, ask questions about classes, membership, setup, additional equipment, and more.

User Journey
This flow shows all of the possible ways that you could be directed to the site, as well as the direct navigation to the site.
This is important to show that this experience really benefited from a mobile first approach. From research, we knew that most members read our emails on a mobile device, and would be directed here.
Landing Page
Choose your product experience
This design allowed for the addition of all new and following products as they launched and became available, such as the Peloton Bike+, Tread, Tread+, Guide and Row.
Book your Date
This design takes nods from the Peloton App where you’re able to book a class from our workout schedule up to a week in advance.
Reservation Information Input
The mobile view of the site allows the user to expand or contract their reservation as they go through each page. This allows them to have the content above the fold, and more within their eyesight without needing to scroll as far down in the experience.
Confirmation
Along with the confirmation details, a plugin was added through google maps that I stylized to display the showroom location.
Post-Launch Insights
Without the proper allotted time for dev work on our partner side, we had to launch with a MVP, simplified design in order to meet our deadlines. This was our ideal, but the intention was to make updates post launch.
We were limited to styling because of the platform we used to create this tool (Booking Bug). However, I worked and partnered with the engineers and front end developers to make sure the design was implemented and functioned as I envisioned through rounds of testing.
